One of the dutch participants in the Speak Up! training course took the initiative of implementing the project she developed during the campaign workshop in her local community. Saraya Ran used the outcomes of the training course as assignment within her internship. Together with a co-student she developed a training programme for educators, aiming to train their competences to better integrate migrants into the educational system. For this they developed a training manual, and are still delivering the final sessions of this project. Afterwards they will assess how they can continue with this project.
